You’re ideal for the role if you have…Software Sales experience > 3+ years experience in Software SalesEnterprise experience > Proven ability working with enterprise customers & Senior stakeholdersConstruction industry experience > Positive if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology (or adjacent technologies, working with construction professionals)Track record > Full cycle sales experience across small, medium and large enterprise dealsExceptional communicator > Excellent verbal and written communication, including enterprise contract negotiation skillsFearless > You will need to be relentless, resilient and tenaciousHands On & Detailed > Get stuck in, no job is too small, operationally strongPersonal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards actionA growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves
