Key Responsibilities
Providing expert advice on family law matters, including divorce, parentingarrangements, property settlements, and financial agreements.Preparing and drafting legal documents and court applications.Representing clients in negotiations and mediations.Collaborating with senior lawyers on complex cases.Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of client care.
What We’re Looking For
A qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PAE in family law.Strong knowledge of family law legislation, including property, parenting, and financial matters.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.A proactive and solutions-focused approach to legal challenges.Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
