About the Role

Our clientele is primarily 40+, with a slightly female skew and high socio-economic status. They are motivated by a desire for long-term lifestyle change. With a proven track record of long-term client retention and impressively low turnover, you will play a pivotal role in crafting lasting transformations and effectively tangible, positive change.
- Lead personalised 1:1 training sessions with eager clients, while we continue to build your database
- Conduct group training sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie
- Provide clients with coaching and accountability, helping them reach their goals
- You’ll be paid to dedicate time to growth and develop your skills as a personal trainer
- Journey through our Career Path, working towards the management and even owning your own studio

To be successful, you will need
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification
- A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Boxing for Fitness Accreditation
- A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop with us!
- A genuine interest in understanding nutrition and macronutrients
- Personal training experience preferred, but not required
