THIS ROLE WILL SUIT ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD & EXPAND ON THEIR 2-5 YEARS OF CURRENT EXPERIENCE WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR MORE SENIOR ROLES IN THE BUSINESS WITHIN 12-18 MONTHS OF SERVICE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
Qualifications/Experience:
- Building Management experience: 5+ years is ideal however will consider as little as 2years experience
- Adequate technical knowledge
- Sound understanding of defects management process
- Experience with move-in phase of new developments
- A strong customer service mind-set and the ability to easily build rapport with residents and strata committees
- Ability to read & interpret budget & financials
- Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management
- Understand compliance, WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata and residential buildings.
- Ability to problem solve with minimal friction points
- Personal presentation of the highest calibre and a highly professional demeanour
- Excellent communication skills
