Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business across Australia. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal team as our site in Pemulwuy, NSW is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to come onboard!
The key focus of this role will be to:
- Manage stock and administration tasks for the Pemulwuy site
- Planning inbound and outbound deliveries
- Invoicing completed orders into the WMS system
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing pallets
- Ensuring that documents are filed correctly
- Assisting cross-functional teams by addressing any internal enquiries

For this role we would ideally like you to have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a warehousing or logistics environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A safety and customer-focused mindset
- Meticulous, organized and accurate data entry skills
- Good organizational skills – communication, teamwork, and time management
- A current forklift licence would be viewed favourably (but is not a requirement)
