This is an opportunity to join an established growing business in a rapidly expanding financial services group (One Investment Group) with over $35 billion FUA.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of fund administration are delivered accurately in a compliant and efficient manner.Ensure clients meet regulatory obligations in respect of fund administration and tax compliance.Prepare and or review all client deliverables to a high quality ensuring all procedures and processes are adhered to.Successfully onboard new Funds to required timeframes.Oversight of client workflow ensuring work is appropriately allocated and resourced to meet client deadlines and staff development opportunities.All aspects of people management and leadership including training, performance review and work allocationChampion a culture of good risk & control practices, and ensure controls are being adhered to 100% of the timeSupport a successful GS007 process ensuring the key controls are understood, followed and evidenced, and assist in managing timely deliverables to auditors.Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the Head of Registry Services on priority and implementation.Assist with internal projects from time to time.Escalate issues to manager as identified by client, trustee and team to ensure a viable solution can be found.Manage ad hoc client requests by ensuring appropriate visibility to the Head of Registry Services and adhering to appropriate change control protocols.
Essential Experience At least 5 years of industry experience including a minimum of 2 years within a Registry or Transfer Agency functionTertiary, industry qualifications are highly regardedPrevious experience supervising or managing peopleGood English skills essential, both written and spokenAble to implement and complete project work both within teams and autonomouslyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsGood commercial awarenessStrong verbal and written communication skills
DesirableAdvanced Excel and competent Word and PowerPoint skills
