We work with some of the most exciting brands in Australia to help them achieve their organic search goals.
You will be part of the Digital PR team, which currently consists of four teammates. You will report to the Senior Digital PR Manager and work alongside the Senior Data Associate, Digital PR Executive, and Digital PR Director daily. We are on a mission to build the best Digital PR team and service in Australia, and we need your help to turn numbers into narratives, and information into insights.

What you will do:You will sit within the Digital PR team and support by extracting insights by gathering and organising data from multiple sources (Census data, ABS, ATO, client data etc.) Clean and preprocess structured and unstructured data to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.Assist the Digital PR team by researching and sourcing data that can be used to tell a compelling and engaging story. Spot trends in the data and communicate these to the team in a simple way (crucial for this role)Building, maintaining and enhancing internal reporting (client and agency).
What we're looking for:Currently studying or completed tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree, Tafe Diploma or equivalent) in Business, Commerce, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing or other relevant fieldsNo experience is required (but bonus if you do, of course). You will receive thorough onboarding as well as ongoing training and support. Interest in honing skills across data storytelling.Organisational skills and the ability to juggle a diverse range of projects at the same time.Curiosity and initiative; a self-starter with a positive attitude, keen to learn, not afraid to test new methods.Ability to maintain a high-quality output of work.Fantastic time management skills.Australian working rights and be able to work from our Sydney-based office.Bonus points if you have experience in data visualisation or have proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Google Search Console, Python, Ahrefs or any other relevant tools.
