About the role
MSS Security is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our organisation, supporting our Defence team!
Your duties will include:

End-to-end payroll processing for our employees
-
Ensure compliance with Fair Work, National Employment Standards (NES) and other relevant payroll legislation

Maintain and update employee records
-
Respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
-
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies
What are we looking for:
-
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
-
Knowledge in ADP, and WorkDay (desirable)

Knowledge of Fair Work, National Employment Standards (NES), ATO Guidelines

Previously experience in interpreting industrial instruments (e.g. Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards)

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills and communication skills
-
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
