ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Key Account Manager to lead the builder network strategy in QLD driving our business growth and success. In this crucial role, you’ll work closely with builders to strategically enhance our current offerings. Your duties will include promoting premium products, expanding our product lines, and exploring new categories. You’ll also oversee training for external sales teams on our products and upgrades and manage existing agreements and contracts.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Sales and Builder Management: Demonstrated success in sales, builder management, or closely related positions.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cabinetry hardware industry is a valuable asset.CRM and ERP Proficiency: Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP, or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.Educational Background: Possession of a Business Qualification or Trade Certificate.Leadership Skills: Ability to provide coaching and guidance through indirect reporting lines.Communication and Interpersonal: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Analytical Abilities: Adept at interpreting data and making strategic decisions with an analytical mindset.Organisational and Project Management: Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across different departments.Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate changing situations effectively..WHY HETTICH
