This is a unique senior leadership role responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and effectiveness of an entire business unit with around 30 direct reports covering various positions. As the primary leader of this business unit, the "Digital Marketing Operations Manager" ensures the alignment of people, processes, and performance with the company’s strategic goals. This role carries direct responsibility for client success, team engagement, and the achievement of critical business metrics, making it integral to the company's operational and client-focused objectives.The Company

- Lead and inspire the business unit, cultivating a high-performing, collaborative culture that prioritizes accountability, innovation, and results.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business unit, ensuring smooth execution of workflows, delivery timelines, and adherence to quality standards.
- Own the performance metrics, driving continuous improvement through collaboration with Performance Managers across specialties.
- Work closely with Performance Managers for each specialty within the team to align on governance, role-specific training, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for growth.
- Salary around $140,000 DOE + Super & company benefits.
