Description:
We are looking for an individual with previous or current experience in an administrative support role within a commercial real estate or property management environment.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide PA support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and event planning.
- Manage front-of-house reception duties, including answering calls and greeting clients.
- Coordinate office administration tasks such as stationery orders, mail handling, and kitchen upkeep.
- Assist the Property and Development Teams with administrative tasks, filing, and documentation.
- Issue Work Orders and Purchase Orders as required.
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions when needed.
- Maintain office presentation and ensure a professional working environment.
- Provide general support to team members as required.
- A Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial real estate or property administration role.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (including Outlook) and ideally, property management software (Yardi preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
