We are on the lookout for a Full Time Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our hardworking and dedicated crew.
Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator include:
- Managing the hotel website including writing and optimising the content to designing attractive webpages
- Social Media management and content creation
- Prepare from inception marketing and promotional materials, brochures etc in accordance with Accor graphic standards that tells our story across multiple platforms.
- Coordination of on site conferencing and events, working closely with the kitchen and F&B teams
- Develop and monitor a social media strategy, keeping up to date with new initiatives in the communications sphere and implement where appropriate.
- Sales Administration including preparation of contracts, invoices, reports.
- Assisting the Sales Manager with on site meetings, hotel tours and client management
- Database management, phone and inbox responsibility
Qualifications
To be successful and enjoy this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous hotel/event coordination experience highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and form close working relationships with colleagues and suppliers
- Excellent organisational skills with experience organising multiple events at any one time
- Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies
