Overall organisation and preparation in a busy workplace.
- Supporting a team of real estate agents and their team members
- Agent and property marketing - coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives
- Preparing Form 6's, listing, marketing budgets and contracts
- Manage the listing process
- CRM VaultRe Database knowledge
- This role is not limited to the tasks above
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communications skills and working to deadlines is an essential part of this role. You will be working alongside a team of administration professionals
- Meticulous attention-to-detail is ESSENTIAL
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive and 'can do' attitude
- Competent computer and technology skills
- Highly organised and able to work well under time restraints/pressure
- Professional, friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise a busy team of agents
