Following exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Carole Park.
About the Role:
As a Warehouse Operator , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and labelling orders accurately using paper pick lists, ensuring precision and quality.
- Inventory Management: Conducting stock replenishment, routine cycle counts, and assisting with physical inventories, including stocktake periods.
- Warehouse Organisation: Keeping the warehouse well-organised and clean.
- Freight & Dispatch: Assisting with container unloading, booking freight, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
- Equipment Operation & Heavy Lifting: Safely operating forklifts ( valid forklift licence required ), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Completing order fulfilment records, updating inventory systems, and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday : 5.30am – 2.45pm or 6.30am – 3.45pm
- Friday : 5.30am – 11.30am or 6.30am – 12.30pm
- Enjoy every second Friday off for a long weekend!
- Flexibility Required: Standard hours apply; however, shifts may occasionally adjust to meet business demands, including stocktake periods.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role.
- Forklift licence.
- Open Manual Driver’s Licence (preferred).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg).
- Experience using inventory management software (e.g., Cin 7, NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
