Location: My Garden Oasis, 49-51 Beenleigh Redland Bay Rd, Loganholme
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Are you passionate about plants, gardening, and customer service? Join our team at My Garden Oasis, where we are seeking a dedicated Garden Nursery All-Rounder to help us create and maintain a vibrant and thriving garden space.
As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide expert plant care, including watering, pruning, and pest management
- Assist customers in selecting the best plants for their needs and provide gardening advice
- Manage inventory, restock plants, and maintain organised displays
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting nursery environment
- Support in creating seasonal displays and promotions
What we’re looking for:
- A strong passion for horticulture and gardening
- Previous experience in a nursery or garden centre is a plus
- Knowledge of plant care, soil types, and fertilisers
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and gardening advice
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift and move plants and equipment
