Regen Australia is a multi-award winning Australian owned company that has been in operation since 1998 based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. We have grown and planted more than 4 million native plants and have successfully completed more than 1700 ecological restoration projects.
We provide adaptive management plans, specialising in ecological restoration, vegetation management and native plant supply.
Recent projects include:
- Planting 40,000 native trees to create habitat
- Weed control in wildlife conservation areas
- Creating and improving bio retention basins

Casual field member
We are looking to employ casual field staff who are able to work 4-5 days per week across our expanding project portfolio in South East Queensland. Worksites range from north of Ipswich to south of Iluka - with a majority of work being on the Gold Coast.
Your experience day-to-day will include:
- Meeting either onsite or at the depot
- Toolbox safety meetings to understand the day’s work
- Working within a team or autonomously and following instructions
- Communicating with team members, supervisors and project managers
- Receiving daily rosters and preparing equipment and vehicles for the next day
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience working in ecological restoration, landscaping and/or horticultural industries
- Experience identifying native and exotic plants
- Manual Driver's license and own transportation
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience and interest in working outdoors full time
- Ability to thrive as part of a team
- Ability to work independently
- Motivated by completing tasks and creating good outcomes
- Flexibility to work in a range of environment
- Construction Industry White Card
Highly regarded:
- ACDC or similar
- 4WD experience
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Cert III (or higher) in Horticulture or Conservation & Ecosystem Management
