The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to join our high-performing team at EBOS Healthcare Primary servicing our Hobart portfolio.

In this role you will manage an existing portfolio of customers in Medical Wholesale, however a major part of the role will be to drive business development in the General Practice market. Your ‘hunter mentality’ and ability to negotiate will be essential to your success in this role.

What you will do:

  • Achieve revenue targets for assigned territory;
  • Identify and convert opportunities for new business and grow existing accounts;
  • Partner with business owners to maximise their potential and leverage our available services;
  • Convert competitor products to Sentry Medical to provide increased value to your customers
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in line with defined SLAs and KPIs
  • Prepare and present sales reports on your territory;
  • Monitor competitor and market activity, emerging issues, trends.
