- To price & detail Frame & Truss components for efficient manufacturing and assembly.
- To offer guidance to designers, architects, customers and staff as it relates to Frame & Truss pricing, detailing and assembly on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Price Frame & Truss components to a high level of accuracy and to deadline
- Detailing Frame & Truss components to a high level of accuracy and to deadline
- Ensure the right questions are being asked to provide the most relevant advice and support
- Liaise between customers and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service, continually acting in the customers’ best interests
- A sound knowledge of the consent and building process as well as NZS3604
- Competent with Mitek 20/20 software and ideally has the relevant Mitek qualifications in this programme i.e. Mitek 101/201/301 and Mitek CoC or equivalent detailing platform (Pryda)
- Experience with non-standard builds (Architectural Complexity)
- Experience and confidence in dealing with builders/engineers/architects/designers with making design suggestions/dealing with issues/seeking information etc
- Strong attention to detail, follow up and ability to work to deadlines
- Effectively builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to use initiative and find solutions where appropriate
- Computer literate, with solid literacy and numeracy skills
