This role will suit a positive, ambitious and results driven individual who will enjoy being a part of a small team.
Primary Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring Level 1 & 2 technical support.Perform on-site support, including installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades of hardware and network infrastructure.Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.Collaborate with other IT professionals, such as network administrators, software developers, or system engineers, to resolve complex issues.
What we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience, preferably in an MSP or onsite support role. level 2Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creativelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersThorough understanding of common hardware, software, and networking technologiesKnowledge of IT service management best practices and proceduresAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and organisational skillsRelevant certifications, would be an advantage
