Maintenance Supervisor – Mobile Plant

Roster : 8:6 Dayshift only
Lucas TCS is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our expanding maintenance team.
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for those based in South Australia, with multiple locations available depending on your expertise and preferred location.
As a Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated maintenance crew, ensuring that all work is carried out to OEM specifications and meets site requirements. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in managing maintenance operations for heavy mobile earthmoving or mining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a mobile plant maintenance team in a civil or mining environment.
- Service, repair, and maintain heavy mobile earthmoving and mining plant to maximise equipment uptime and availability.
- Utilize strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Proficiently use computerised maintenance management systems for scheduling and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
- Collaborate effectively with project management and client representatives to meet project goals .
Key Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification
- Recent experience managing a mobile plant maintenance team in a crushing, civil or mining industries.
- Expertise in the service and repair of heavy mobile earthmoving and mining machinery.
- Experience with Metso & Finlay Crushing & Screening plant would be an advantage.
- Be clean shaven during working roster
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- Mut be willing and able to assist on the tools as needed
- Experience with maintenance management software
- Current HR Driver’s License, EWP Ticket, Working at Heights, and White Card.
