About this Opportunity
Join a small team that is dedicated to the delivery of a diverse, interesting, and challenging portfolio of projects. Lead challenging and complex projects that support the RFDS’ vision and strategic goals. Work on a variety of initiatives including strategic reviews, operational improvements and infrastructure development.
Specifically, you will:
Lead the delivery of projects linked to key strategic initiatives in a complex organisation, from the early concept stages through transition and benefits realisation.
Support the initial analysis of project feasibility and develop sound business cases.
Develop project plans and manage project delivery.
Engage extensively with internal and external stakeholders to inform project plans and deliver on project objectives.
Manage contracts to deliver new infrastructure, including facility fit outs and operational commissioning.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s project management approach.
About You
You are:
Experienced in managing projects linked to key strategic initiatives in a complex organisation.
Experienced in leading and managing with the capacity to influence, build and manage internal and external relationships.
Efficient in the management of human, physical and financial resources.
Flexible with a willingness to take ownership of position responsibilities.
To be considered for the role you require:
A relevant project management qualification (or equivalent Project Management experience).
The ability to work independently with limited direction while managing competing demands to meet deadlines.
A high level of integrity and confidentially when dealing with issues of a sensitive or personal nature.
