Bellberry is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the delivery of our Quality Management System (QMS) and drive compliance and improvement initiatives within our Operations group. This key role is essential in ensuring our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role
- Reporting to the Research Manager, you will:
- Maintaining the QMS, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accreditation processes and standards (NHMRC & AAHRPP).
- Managing quality documentation, including procedures, guidance, and audit reports.
- Leading internal audits to assess QMS effectiveness and identify non-conformance.
- Coordinating external audits and liaising with accredited bodies as required.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying corrective actions and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Delivering training to ensure staff understand quality standards and best practices.
We are Looking For
Essential:
- Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and compliance frameworks.
- A sound understanding of international accreditation requirements.
- Proven experience in internal audits, process improvements, and quality assurance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
