Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as a scheduler admin or a similar role
- Proficient in using scheduling software and tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Managing and updating schedules for multiple team members
- Communicating schedule changes and updates to relevant parties
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and issues
- Ensuring all scheduling activities are carried out efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining and organizing scheduling records and documents
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
