About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist , you will play a key role in supporting residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being . Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to understand residents' needs
- Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans
- Encouraging engagement in meaningful activities
- Collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Providing education and support to staff and caregivers
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards
About You
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and general AHPRA Registration
- Experience or a strong interest in aged care or rehabilitation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation requirements
