We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and motivated Commercial Support Administrator to provide high level administration to the Commercial team as part of the Western Region. This role will play in an important role in supporting the tracking and reporting on projects progress and completion
This is a 12-month fixed term position based in our Osborne Park office.

What your day will look like:
- Review rental contract documentation and ensure Emeco templates are followed.
- Draft all variations for clients as directed by the Commercial Manager
- Follow up on approvals and signoffs for the Commercial Manager and clients.
- Ensure all documents are filed as required by the Commercial Manager
- Review documentation as required
- Drafting of letters / submissions / correspondence
- Follow up with internal stakeholders
- Enter and maintain action items in Microsoft Planner, assigning them to appropriate owners and setting clear deadlines.
- Collaborate with action owners to monitor and update the status of assigned tasks, providing visibility on progress and ensuring timely completion.
What we’ll need from you:
- Prior experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, or administrative support in a commercial environment.
- Experience assisting Managers with documentation, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Understanding of rental agreements, contract variations, and commercial documentation processes.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- High level attention to detail; proven ability to review and verify contract documentation with accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills; proficiency in drafting clear, professional correspondence and contract variations.
- Excellent organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and ensure documentation is properly maintained.
- Strong interpersonal skills to follow up with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Initiative to identify issues and propose solutions, especially in document reviews and contract compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience using Microsoft Planner, Word, and other relevant tools for document management and action tracking.
- Strong time management skills including the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality and professionalism; handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive approach: ability to take initiative, follow up on tasks, and ensure completion.
