With big expansion plans for the remainder of 2023 and beyond in the pipeline, this leading installer of residential solar energy and battery systems specialises in connecting people with affordable and environmentally sustainable energy and we have an opportunity for an experienced CEC Accredited Electrician to work in-field across a number of residential solar and battery installation and maintenance projects.
The Type of Work
The work is solar installationin our luxury resorts. There is a variety of work involved to keep our employees minds active. The work is generally all low and easy access where you will work in small teams. If you are a current business owner and have an apprentice that you would like to bring onboard, we can accommodate them too!
Responsibilities:
- Perform Solar and C& I Battery installations.
- Collaborate with builders and owners to provide the best working solution that meets Australian Standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
- Solar installations
- General maintenance of solar systems
- Fault finding solar systems.
- Set up monitoring of solar systems.
- Switchboard Upgrades
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High quality of workmanship
Requirements:
- Current Electrical Licence QLD
- CEC Solar Installation Accreditation advantageous
- Current Driver's License
- Current OHS induction card (White card)
- Working at heights certificate advantageous
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and work ethic are essential.
- Salary Package $120-$140k (including a co. vehicle and tools of the trade)
