- Clerk Grade 3/4, salary relative to experience, and ranges from $79,032 to $86,539 + super

The role
Crown Lands is currently seeking to appoint multiple Customer & Tenure Operations Officers to undertake assessment and assurance activities in relation to Crown Lands tenures to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.
In this role, you will be joining a friendly, supportive, and hard-working team who approach their busy day-to-day work with collaboration and dedication.
In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Undertake a wide range of activities in relation to the administration of licences and other tenures
- Provide appropriate advice, reports and recommendations to management, the team and external clients in the resolution of licence and tenure issues and enquiries.
- Interrogate a suite of products and services to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of land information data ensuring quality and organisational requirements are met.
- Provide a range of administrative services to support the effective operation of the unit.

What you will bring to the role
- Comfortable using technology and have experience working with a range of computer systems and programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.
- High level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands.
