This business operates with sophisticated processes and systems whilst remaining nimble and outcome focussed. They don’t have to deal with the challenges that traditional principal building contractors currently face.

The Role
As the Estimator you will work closely with the National Pre-Construction Manager out of the Brisbane office.
You will be involved in early feasibility studies and land purchases, cost plans and pricing work off traditional BOQ’s.
With recent and exciting land acquisitions there is an impressive pipeline of luxury owner occupier apartment projects to price.
You will have support from junior, incredibly impressive pre contracts team members.
About You
Importantly you need to fit the culture – You will be a humble team player that take pride in their work!
The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 2 principal building contractor with a 5 + years’ experience as an Estimator. You will have been pricing medium to high rise residential apartment projects valued between $30m and $200m.
You will be interested in the inner workings of a Developer Builder and be keen on developing your skill set as a Cost Planner.
