Our Sydney business has an opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager to lead administration support and facilities management teams, including reception across our three offices in Sydney, Parramatta and St Leonards.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating team resources to support project teams deliver exceptional proposal and client documents, along with support to senior leaders across the region.
This pivotal position is your opportunity to drive excellence across our Sydney region offices and become an integral team member within a global consultancy and will see you:
• Provide leadership and direction to the administration team, including reception and facilities management staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations, resource deployment, performance evaluation, training and development, and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate resources for core administrative responsibilities including project-specific support, proposal development, and client deliverable documentation.
• Support employee contracts and maintain relationships for administration coverage as needed.
• Procure and manage accounts for office services, maintenance, and staff amenities.
• Manage administration-related expenditure to ensure it remains within budget.
• Coordinate and support employee events and functions, ensuring compliance with HSE procedures.
• Manage office space requirements, including seating arrangements, office moves, and project/alliance team spaces.
• Work with the Regional General Manager to maintain a positive office culture and address any arising issues.
This role will be based at our Sydney office but will require travel to our St Leonards and Parramatta offices.
