The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager - Psychology to oversee the efficient, compliant, and financially sustainable operation of our psychology services. Reporting to the Executive Manager, Psychology, you will lead service delivery, workforce planning, regulatory compliance, and financial management to ensure operational excellence and outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Service Delivery & Operational Efficiency – Streamline and enhance operational processes, workforce planning, and resource management.
✅ Financial Oversight and Sustainability – Manage budgets, track revenue, control costs, and ensure funding compliance.
✅ Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance – Ensure operational compliance with regulatory and funding requirements. Ensure adherence to NDIS, Medicare, and industry standards.
✅ Cross-Functional Partnerships – Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Services, Marketing, and Finance, to drive strategic goals.
✅ Workforce Leadership – Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
What You Bring
✔ Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Health Services Management, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in operations management within allied health or healthcare.
✔ Strong leadership and team development skills.
✔ Financial management expertise, including budgeting and reporting.
✔ Ability to drive process improvement, service efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
✔ Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
