The role
As a contract administrator you will be a leader within the construction team taking ownership of procurement and management of all sub-contractors, as well as being a key element in driving consultants and fostering joint-venture partner relationships. The initial project is a $40M luxury apartment project working closely with their in-house development team .
Duties
- Managing project cashflow and cost reporting
- Procurement and management of all materials, equipment and sub contractors
- Processing RFI’s EOT’s and variations
- Providing company leadership in PCG meetings
Ideally you will have experience in a small/medium sized commercial building contractor and have the technical ability to get into detailed scopes and provide accurate and timely cost reports as well as being a key stakeholder alongside an experienced project manager
