Master Builders Members Legal is a law firm that provides specialist construction law advice to Master Builders’ members. Supporting our team of lawyers, you will not only have the opportunity to utilise your prior experience and passion for admin, but gain unique exposure to the workings of an industry association.
What you’ll do
As the first point of contact, you will respond to both telephone and email enquiries from both Master Builders members and internal stakeholders. Primarily responsible for matter/file opening, conducting conflict checks, and general administration support, you will enjoy juggling competing priorities and have a keen eye for detail.
What you need
- Prior experience in an administrative support role (even better if it has been within a law firm, but this is not essential)
- Confidence in using the full suite of Microsoft Office products
- Experience using a CRM
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to support others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to appropriately manage your and juggle competing priorities
- Attention to detail
Although not essential, we’d love to hear about any experience you may have had using Actionstep or more generally with the construction or legal industry.
