This is a OO2 progression position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the OO2 classification with eligibility for progression to the OO3 level once specific criteria have been met. Please note salary rate shown is reflective of OO2 to OO3 classification range.

Boonah State High School has been proudly serving the Fassifern community since 1965. In that time it has progressed from an opening enrolment of 225 students to 685 today.
About the Role
Boonah State High School is seeking a dedicated Schools Officer, Grounds and Facilities to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of our school. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, well-presented, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and the wider community.
As a Schools Officer, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our school grounds and facilities, working independently to complete daily tasks while also collaborating with our Business Manager and Facilities team as needed. Ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and with high attention to detail, you will support the smooth operation of the school and enhance the overall learning environment.
