About the role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in driving digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives at IOR. This role will own and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns, execute email and SMS marketing through our CRM, and manage performance-driven digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This position will be based at Cannon Hill
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) for customer acquisition and retention.
- Execute email/SMS campaigns in HubSpot; manage ad budgets to maximise ROI.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot; provide performance reports.
- Support content creation, SEO, website updates, and social media advertising.
- Coordinate event logistics and assist with promotional campaigns and merchandise.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to align marketing efforts with business goals.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be require the following attributes:
- University education (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and data analysis for optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of email/SMS marketing automation, ideally in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing coordination; B2B or energy sector experience (preferred but not required).
