About the position
As an Onboarding Officer, you will coordinate work crews' mobilisation and compliance across various Martinus Projects Australia wide.

The ideal candidate will have experience onboarding, mobilising employees and training compliance. HR experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating an exceptional onboarding journey for our employees, ensuring a seamless and speedy experience.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance for new and existing workers.
  • Maintain employee files across multiple internal and external systems.
  • Maintain site rosters and allocations.
  • Uniform ordering.

Experience required:

  • Rail, Mining or Construction experience (highly regarded).
  • Previous experience with blue collar workforce (highly regarded).
  • Previous experience in delivering support with onboarding, site training, and mobilisation (highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with all levels of employees and management.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with Rail Industry processes and procedures (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Familiarity with EBAs and scheduling rosters (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Experience with Assignar (Construction software) or other scheduling programs (highly regarded but not essential).
