We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting our Learning & Development (L&D) programs while also assisting with essential HR operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career, with a strong focus on training, compliance, and employee development. About the Role This role is approximately 75% Learning & Development and 25% HR, providing an exciting opportunity to work across multiple areas of People & Culture. Key responsibilities include: Learning & Development Coordination
- Managing the L&D helpdesk, responding to employee queries related to training programs, enrolments, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting the administration of leadership development workshops, including scheduling, communication, and tracking RSVPs.
- Handling enrolments and progress tracking for key training programs.
- Tracking accreditation and compliance training, including Graduate Academy progress and mandatory safety training.
- Assisting in the development of program materials, invitations, and event collateral.
- Compiling and distributing competency assessment reports for leadership teams.
- Generating reports to monitor training effectiveness and completion rates across the organisation.
- Managing HR administration tasks, including employment document amendments, contract drafting, and compliance documentation.
- Triaging the HR ticketing system and escalating matters as required.
- Ensuring HR documentation aligns with employment law requirements.
- Providing administrative support to HR Business Partners and Advisors across multiple regions.
- Degree in HR or similar
- 1-2 years previous HR experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in drafting employment documents and letters from scratch.
- A professional and approachable communication style, with the ability to confidently provide guidance and set clear boundaries.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and experience with ticketing systems (desirable).
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to assess situations and escalate matters appropriately.
- Experience in healthcare or retail industries (highly desirable).
