About the opportunity
You will join HBF as a Member Experience Consultant representing HBF in the moments that matter to our members. This role operates in a fast-paced contact centre environment as the first point of contact for member queries. You will be there for our members guiding them through a wide range of life moments from welcoming a new baby to supporting their loved ones through life-critical medical treatment as they reach out to understand their health cover.

Are you an energetic, collaborative team player? Do you have a natural ability to communicate, and are you compassionate? We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service focus and solid computer literacy skills. You are adaptable and resilient – no one conversation is the same and can be challenging! Don’t worry though, we don’t expect you to jump straight in. If successful, you will undertake fun and dynamic, fully paid training program provided to give you the tools you need to start helping our members the HBF way.
