You will be based in Vermont Melbourne and only speaking to Mandarin speaking people who are only living in Melbourne.
Many sales take under 5 minutes to complete.
Salary package – Full time position, Monday to Friday only, $80,000 base salary plus superannuation and the following commission and bonus structure.
The commission is paid in addition to your $80,000 salary, and both your salary and commission are paid into your bank account every two weeks.
This is why this position is so lucrative.
How to work out your earnings.

1. The new commission cycle starts on Monday of each week and ends every Friday. So, in other words, you make as much money as you can in 5 days, then it starts all over again the following week.
2. Once you reach your 3rd sale in the week, which for most people is by 9am Monday morning, your commission of $100 per sale kicks in at sale number 3 to sale number infinity every week.

Plus there are accumulative bonuses along the way; So while you are accumulating and stacking up $100s of dollars in commissions, simultaneously you are also accumulating and stacking up your bonuses.
The first bonus is $200 at the 5th sale, then another $300 at your 8th sale, then another $500 at your 12th sale, then $800 at your 16th sale; then another $1200 at your 20th sale; then another $500 at your 30th sale; then another $1000 at your 50th sale ; and anther $2000 at your 70th sale ;and finally another $5000 at the 100th sale in the week. No one has reached 100 sales in the week just yet, but its game on. They once though it was impossible to run a 6 minute mile, until someone did, And I want one of my sales candidates to be the first to crack the tonne (the hundred in a week), this is why I’m after a sales person this time round, the customer service guys can sit this one out,
Some examples so the above incentive structure is crystal clear

1. Let’s say that in week 1. You produce 21 sales, your accumulating $100 commissions will tally to $1900, and simultaneously your bonuses will be $200+$300+$500+$800+$1200 = Your total income for WEEK 1 will be $4900 in accumulative commission + accumulated bonuses plus your salary.
2. Let’s say that in week 2 you had the flu, you only produce 9 sales, then your accumulated coms would be $700 plus bonuses of $200+$300 = total earnings for week 2 = $1200 plus your salary for week 2.

Well, our address is on our website, so we can easily be found, and they can walk into our office at any time or attempt to close us down via complaints to the ombudsman, so yes, we are legit. We have a lot to lose, we don’t want to lose out on selling with the assistance of a hefty government rebate, we have gotten used to making money for jam and government rebates are a very lucrative selling tool. so if you are the 2 lucky sales people chosen you must be 100% ethical when dealing with customers.
The Ideal Salesperson
Most important, you have to be ethical, honest and trustworthy, as mentioned previously, you need to explain everything to the client honestly and give correct information, no used car salesman tactics as we have a lot to lose if we are shut down.
I don’t want to give this position to yet another customer service person, yes, they still make a lot of sales and a tonne of commission but it’s now time to give some real salespeople an opportunity.
This is an easy sales position, even our customer service guys and gal’s look like superstar because it’s an easy sell, this time we are searching for a salesperson who has always done it hard. Do you sell products or services that have been done to death in dying industries.
