Due to an exciting period of growth, we are currently looking to bring on 2 extra Team Leads:
- Adult Team Lead - Community
- Paediatrics Team Lead - Clinic
- Mentor and support a small team of junior clinicians
- Provide guidance & assistance to therapists in your area of practice
- Prepare any staff supervision and training
- Discuss goals, progress and strategies
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage a small independent caseload
- Fantastic earning potential $95,000 – 125,000 + super
- Flexibility is highly prioritised

- Supportive & positive team environment!
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Clearance
- NDIS and WWCC
- Experience or desire to mentor and support junior clinicians
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
