Our client operates a number of dealerships spread over multiple locations and has a need for an experienced Business Manager to lead the F&I activities at two busy Melbourne sites. These sites have a strong mix of 3 major brands, as well as a busy used vehicle department.Reporting to the Dealer Principal and depending on your level of experience, you will supervise up to two other Business Managers, ensuring that all opportunities are explored and that customers receive a 5-star level of service.
Prior or current experience as a Senior Business Manager in a retail automotive dealership is essential for this position. This is a great opportunity to step into an established business, at a high traffic site, with excellent support in place.
