Our client is a progressive, values-led firm looking for a Property Lawyer (4+ years PQE) with a passion for community impact. You'll work on complex and fulfilling matters —from retirement living and affordable housing to religious property trusts and commercial transactions.
You'll be advising retirement village residents, working on leasing and conveyancing matters, and contributing to larger multi-faceted development projects . The best part? No billable targets , no time sheets. Just real work with real purpose.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in property law.
- Expertise in retirement village contracts & resident agreements.
