The role
Is a challenging and rewarding role which will see you working across a wide range of practice groups within the firm. The role would suit either a career float legal secretary or an experienced legal secretary who would like to get a mix of work and matters. Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work will be key to your success in this role.
Typical duties
- Diary management
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Liaising with key clients
- File management
- Drafting and editing correspondence/ documents
- Collating briefs
- Preparing end of month bills
