Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile trust accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for trust accounts.
- Manage trust account transactions, including collections and payments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and trust accounting rules.
- Maintain accurate records of all trust account transactions and activities.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a commercial agency.
- Strong understanding of trust accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- High level of accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including knowledge of the GOAT and/or Cirrus8 system, used for managing trust accounts.
- Up to $100K Salary Package pro-rata
- Wednesday, Fridays and you can throw in a Tuesday or Thursday
