The Role
The Project Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the areas of operations, project administration and office management across all business units.
Some of the responsibilities will involve:
- Managing team inbox
- Running reports in Excel (advanced skills needed)
- Managing leave/sick request
- Running daily data / information updates
- Management of technician profiles
- Data Entry
Please note this is a temporary opportunity, commencing immediately for 6-12 weeks.
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate for this position, you will have the following:
- Prior experience is supporting teams
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
