We are seeking an individual who has a passion for detail, managing relationships and love for hospitality!
The Function and Events Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating events and functions, targeting Corporate food and beverage bookings, medium and large functions and working with the F&B Team to ensure they are executed to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
The MVP We're Seeking
- A minimum of 2yrs Hospitality Management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- Experience in the financial aspects of a business
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by the functions and events schedule
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality, events management, or a related field is preferred but not required, desirable
- RSA certificate
