We’re looking for an experienced Administration/Customer Service Officer to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact, supporting clients, technicians, and clinicians to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception, bookings, and daily operations
- Handle calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with the manager to enhance business growth and client satisfaction
- Provide top-tier customer service and support to internal/external stakeholders
- Enter data, generate reports, and assist with sales and service coordination
- Ensure compliance with clinical data and client record management
- NDIS knowledge is a plus
- Compassionate, customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Experience in administration/customer service roles
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP B1 experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration (preferred)
