- Building and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a NDIS Support Coordinator
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and funding structures
- A commitment to participant advocacy and empowerment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
