Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated general dentist to join their Charlestown clinic, with opportunities to work in their Newcastle based clinic, with an option to work in their Maitland clinic as well. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, well-supported role with a steady patient flow and strong marketing support.
The Opportunity

• 3 days per week (flexible scheduling, including Saturdays if desired)
• Primary focus on general dentistry – check-ups, fillings, full-mouth rehabilitation, and restorative work
• No surgery required – the current dentist specializes in surgical procedures and is shifting to a surgery-only role
• Option to work across multiple locations (Charlestown & Maitland), expanding patient reach and case variety
• Strong marketing engine driving consistent patient bookings, including digital and traditional channels (Google, social media, expos, newspapers, radio)

The Clinic & Facilities

• 2-chair clinic in Charlestown
• Cutting-edge technology, including scanners & CBCT
• Direct access to an in-house lab for streamlined casework
• Hands-on mentorship available for clinicians interested in expanding into implants or advanced restorative treatments
• Full administrative and financial support – no bookkeeping required, as an in-house accountant handles financials
• Open to sponsorship for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3+ years of experience in Australia
• Comfortable with general dentistry, restorative work, and patient education
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term patient relationships
• Interest in mentorship and professional growth, especially in advanced treatments such as implants
