We are working with a stable mining operator who is looking for a Mine Geologist to support a wider technical services function. This is a historic operation based in a town with excellent resources and facilities.

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced individuals in a complex and challenging mining environment. The role will offer long term opportunities and continual training on the latest technologies.

• Underground mapping and grade control
• Geological drill database adminstration
• Ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time
• Daily & monthly reconciliation reporting
• UG and Surface sampling of stockpiles & stopes
• Core logging
• 3D interpretation & wireframing

The Candidate
Our client is looking for an experienced UG Mine Geologist to join their team in WA.

• Geology degree or similar qualification
• Proficient Vulcan 3D modelling software and databases
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced communication skills
• Working knowledge of HS&E requirements
• Manual drivers license
