This powerhouse team are looking for an experienced portfolio management to join the business and manage a portfolio of 280 residential properties with two assistants. What will you be doing in this role:
This Monday to Friday role will see you manage 280 residential properties with support from an experienced leasing consultant that can also look after your overflow of ingoing and routine inspections.
- Approve applications with Landlords and negotiate terms
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Oversee repairs and property renovations
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Insurance and bond claims
- Arrears management
- File compliance
- Oversee an experienced leasing consultant
- Experience managing a portfolio for 5+ years
- A current Certificate of registration or real estate license
- A valid NSW drivers’ license and a reliable car
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- A confident communicator and relationship focused
- Passion for real estate and providing a 5 star service experience
- Confident to lead and manage junior staff
